DGA Gel-Strapz and Fade Gear Bags

Let me start by saying these product reviews are overdue. But I wanted to see how a few things panned out first.

DGA Gel-Strapz

These things are super comfortable. They have a chest strap which I love because I carry a heavy bag. After a dozen rounds or so I noticed a tear in the strap. Upset I e-mailed the company looking to rectify the situation. Within 45 minutes I had recieved a phone call and was promised a new set of straps within the week. I was assured that the fail in the strap was not normal and was apoligized to and told that they appreciated my business. It isn't often you talk to people like this. But it just so happens that Fade Gear has a very similar attitude towards customer service.

Fade Gear Bags

I love these bags. Specifically the Tourney Bag. I carry tons (probably too many) discs. And this bag holds them all and drinks and snacks and score cards and all 3 (yes, 3) of my minis. But I had an issue with a seam tear in on of the drink holders of my Camo (Dude!) bag. I hopped on the computer again and sent an e-mail to Tim at Fade Gear (Awesome Guy) and told him of my problem. What did he say? Ship it back and pick any bag you want (Equal or lesser value) and we will ship it to you. So BAM! I did and got the second edition black bag (Hat Rack Black). I don't know what that blue thing is only the pockets (its on both sides BTW) but I like it.

Combine the bag with the straps and I am one satisfied customer.
